Internet troubleshooting
If you were lucky enough to receive a new computer (Mac, PC, smartphone) for Christmas you may have enjoyed a trouble-free experience using it to access the internet. Or not.
Nearly ten years ago I wrote an article on troubleshooting internet connections for Computer Shopper magazine. It featured a nice flow-chart that is still (largely) relevant today.
So if your holiday is being ruined by internet in-access download the free PDF, follow the flowchart and try some of the tips provided.
