PC Virus Protection 2010 report released

For the last couple of months I and my team have been testing anti-virus software. Now the fruit of our labours is available online in a report presented to (and now published by) Symantec. You can find a direct link to the free PDF here.

Norton Internet Security 2010 came out very well in the test, as did a number of its competitors. It is interesting to note the vast difference between products, not least because one free product (Avast! Home Edition 4) performed very well while one major commercial program (McAfee Internet Security 2009) performed very poorly.
