Spam in the UK (part 2)

It is all quiet on the spam front. I'm still getting plenty of the stuff, but the company that sent me some a while back has not been in contact to explain or apologise. I used its unsubscribe feature, so maybe that worked this time. What made this spam interesting was that it came from a legitimate company and was sent, unsolicited, to a UK consumer. That's against the rules and the ICO is supposed to police this.

The ICO's office has maintained radio silence for a whole month. I've not heard a thing from the ICO since I first sent my official complaint. It took quite a bit of work to submit this, so it's a little annoying to think that perhaps my efforts have been ignored. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had a response from this organisation.
